Hi, we live in the midlands and have just got back from our 2 week holiday. We now have our nephew to stay and he has never been camping and wanted to try out our folding camper. Does anyone have any ideas on site that maybe wont be booked up so late in the day. we will be taking 2 lads 14 and 12 and they thought they would like the coast but would be happy in most places. we have tried the ones we have been too plus a few more but have no joy over bank holiday. wondered if anyone could recomend a site or two that may not be so busy.

We love Middle Woodbatch Farm. It's not by the coast, and it is popular, but a lot of people seem to turn up on spec, and so you may be in with a chance.

We're going to Morpha Bychan Holiday park in Aberystwyth, and while we've booked for EHU, you can't book without it, and it's first come first serve.

I'm nto sure I'd want to go three hours plus on the chance, but if you were to phone in the morning and leave, I imagine it would be fairly likely. A last resort maybe??
