We have stayed there, lots of recent improvements, the loos and showers since we have been there. IMHO the touring field is a bit rough, not very level and very muddy in wet conditions. The views are lovely and the access road very narrow. if you meet someone coming down, you have to reverse back down the hill again.
Hi all, Yes things have gone a bit quieter at the moment now the children have mostly gone back to school. As you all rightly say we have made many improvement to the site including extra hard standings. Our biggest one being the New Toilet/shower block.
Unlike most of the Country we have not had masses of rain this year, and would advise everyone to bring rock pegs as the ground is quite hard at the moment.
Hurrah we have just booked for Feb half term - we are touring and our friend's are going in a static. We were going to Minehead but as we wanted to be co-located with our friends have decided to go here instead. Park looks great!!

i just rang them up and they wanted to know exact size of tent which i didnt know just said it was large 6 man tent and a gazebo they said no to gazebo and were not impressed that i could not give tent size it sounded a great site every thing we were looking for very sad.....

Do you know the manufacturer of your tent - or where you bought it. We might be able to point you in the right direction for finding out the size. Does it have bedroom pods? These tents tend to have a larger footprint because of their shape.
aztec palacio 6... 3 bedroom pods we bought it off the web cant remember which shop but dont think anyone makes them now two years old, we love camping and our gazebo just adds the finishing touch to our cooking area sorry to all the peeps who are offended about it but there has always been loads when we have been camping for the last 4 years..thanks for all your help......
