Yep off to Grendon Lakes as soon as daughter finishes school. Hubbie is doing a triathlon and I will be doing my own version where the events are eating, sleeping and drinking! I am hoping to come in first!!!!!

Yippee off to the Gower for a weekend, where are you staying Scarletfan? We are in Nicholaston Farm, leaving in about an hour and coming back on Monday so I am hoping this blue sky stays this way for the weekend.
Not sure yet - husband is working tonight, so we'd only be able to stay one night because of taking the children to school on Monday. We're trying to decide if it's worth the setting up/packing away for just one night, but it's probably going to be the last chance we have this year

we're packed ready....just waiting for my oldest to come home from school...and we'er off down the caravan which is sited in Tenby up untill october...so if the weather stays like this...we'll be off everyweekend
Yep - we are going away now Going to a campsite 20 mins away when DH gets up tomorrow after doing his night-shift tonight. All five of us are spending Saturday night in the tent, then the oldest two children and I are coming home late Sunday (ready for school on Monday - boo, hiss!) leaving husband and youngest child staying Sunday night too.
I'm so pleased we're going because it's probably the last trip away for us this year.
OH's work got cancelled, so while I'm sitting here working (with frequent visits to UKCS to make life bearable!), he's gone off to North Wales for a couple of nights to test out his new Vango Ultralite. Git. However, unless it's bucketing down on Tuesday, we're off for the rest of the week- don't yet know where, but I don't really care! It'll just be fab to get away.
