looking for somewhere for easter and think a costal site might be too windy if weather not fab.  could you reccomend a site within three hours of brum with lots to do if weather bad (would prefer to be still able to drive to the coast within half an hour).  would like the site to have a shop, cafe/pub and possibly a pool but not essential and a playground.

I assume you know where Conway is in North Wales, but just inland from Conway (turn left at first roundabout) approx 1.5 miles is Conway Touring Park, nice site with plenty to do, great for the young uns, well stocked shop, playground and a take away.

We are thinking of going to Fforest Fields near Builth Wells for Easter, not been but has glowing reviews on here. (In mid Wales).
