The forestry commission site at Beddgelert is open virtually all year - part of Jan may be closed. It seemed dear though when we went a couple of years ago for New Year and that was before the C&CC partnership thing so goodness knows how expensive it is now!

We are staying at the Snowdon Friscan Inn near Llanberis next Easter, next to a pub obviously, sounds promising! you can look at their website. Has 1 hook up apparently.

Dont think bridgehouse marina are open all year ken, they may be redeveloping for statics and moving touring pitches across the road.

That is a bit of a shock, although we have'nt been this year I am surprised to hear that they are moving the tourers. There is a farm field on the other side of the road so it is possible to move them, there are quite a few seasonal pitches that have been occupied by the same people for years,I imagine they will be gutted.
I should have said that they are open for 11months.

Hi Dave,
If you fancy a trek over the Pennines then I think Hooks House Farm at Robin Hoods Bay is open most of the year and the views from the site are stunning!
Great pubs in the village and plenty of walks in the area and it's handy for Whitby which is worth a visit.
Val
