last year i only made it as far as South Wales.  This year i will be spending the summer in Cornwall.  So here's the question: can anyone recommend child friendly,  inexpensive campsites ( that will accept campers), we don't need anything flash, near the coast.

You could try Treveague Farm, which in Gorran Haven, or try Tower park which is just outside Penzance they are both quiet reasonable

Hi,

we stayed at watergate Bay campsite last year for 2 weeks.  its just oustide of newquay.  Great for kids, ours 7&8 loved it, large park, great pool and the nearby beaches are fantasic.  there is also Cornwalls Crealy 10 mins away, we got a 2 week ticket, kids loved the place.  There is also entertainment, a bar, good cafe on site and a kids games room.

what more could you want..oh good weather!
