I am a little confused about campsites in Braithwaite near Keswick.  According to the directory, there are two sites, one called Scotgate and one called Braithwaite Bridges.  However, they both seem to be owned by the same person.  I am wondering if Scotgate is the caravan and chalet bit, and Braithwaite Bridges is the tent bit.

I am hoping to take a tent and stay in Braithwaite, but as it's a long way from Bristol am trying to do my research first.  I see that quite a few people like Scotgate but I've not heard from anyone who's stayed at Braithwaite Bridges.  Does anyone know if they're the same site?

Thanks for your help.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

Apart from Scotgate, there is also another site at the other side of the village.  I have never camped at that site but I am pretty sure that it is the Braithwaite Bridges site referred to.
