Ther is a Caravan site in Misterton that has a 9 hole course about a half mile up the road but i cannot find a listing on here. Will be driving past in the next few days so will fet a name for you. Cannot comment on how good it is as we have never stayed there.

Allerthorpe is a small village about 12 miles east[ish] of york - it has a pub, and a golf course and a watersports type area which now also has a campsite area.
their web site is not very helpful

Highmoor at Harrogate has golf course on site, sorry but can't reccomend the site, read into that what you will.

if you go to either the Harrogate or Knaresborough caravan club sites or the Boroughbridge Camping and caravan club site, you are very close to Harrogate, Oakdale, Pannal, Knaresborough, Ripon, or Rudding Park courses. Also plenty of walks and other things going on.

Black Bull and Upper Carr near Pickering are both great. They are next to a good 9 hole golf course. There`s Black Bull pub as well. We`ve stayed at both site and can highly recomend them. 

 

Bill is this the one you meant. Kirby Misperton is close to it.
