Its that time of year again & i'm planning our summer trip.
The plan is to spend 3 weeks in Wales with 1week in the South, 1 week mid-Wales & the 3rd week near Snowdonia.
Normally we would go during school term time but this year i am restricted to August (still hoping this may change & can revert back to our normal September dates) ... so we are looking to stay at Adult only sites ... I have read through the "Camp Site Search" but wondered if anyone can offer some further advice or opinions on where is good stay & perhaps where to avoid.
Many Thanks

We are not adults only but are the closest thing to it, but august is obviously a very child orientated time, have you tried the best of british sites I think they are all adult only.

------------- If you can't beat em, join em, so we did! And then we sold it for a holiday let & Glamping pod instead 😁
Hi Liz .... Thankyou for your response ... Your site looks really nice but as you say August is very child orientated so really hoping to persist & find adult only sites because of this ... If i do manage to revert back to September dates i'll definately give you a shout
There's Daisy Bank which is on the Wales/Shropshire border - just put Daisy Bank into the search on here and it'll find it. We haven't stayed there for a few years but it was a very nice site when we did.
We should have been booking for here in June but had to change plans due to performing at a 40th Birthday party in Durham. Thought we might fit this in for our aniversay in September.

May I respectfully correct you on this? Certainly some of the Best of British sites are Adults Only but by no means all of them.
As Max & Paddy suggest, Daisey Bank is a great site, Adult Only, stayed there a few years ago, but I understand toilets have been improved since them. Well worth a try.pee jay
