I know this is not area you asked for but Bashley Park, New Forest is good they have a club, pool ( inside & out ) shop, Pitch & putt etc.The touring park is quite good ,clean showers etc We are going again in April.
can recommend trencreek st austell cornwall not too far from eden nice dog walk around the lakes dogs accepted on most beaches in the area , has shop and outdoor pool. good prices . have a look in directory.
We did Burnbake in Dorset for a week and then went to Cornwall for another - it's not that far. We are often in Snowdonia as we live near there. Do you want to be right by the beach or are you after the country - like someone said do one this year, one next year etc etc. We love Cornwall now and we are lucky because Gwynedd (the county Snowdonia is in is really near us so we can go there for a weekend).

Hi Sandy & Paul, Although this site isn't in Cornwall its not a million miles away and I think it will probably tick most of your boxes. Its in a excellent area for touring and is only about 90mins travelling to Eden, have a look you never Know . http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=1322
Snowdonia is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Wales, loved for its breath-taking scenery and wide range of outdoor pursuits.
Snowdonia mountain range summer and winter activities are geared for people seeking family holidays, weekend breaks and action-packed North Wales days out. There are facilities for mountain biking, rock climbing, map reading and orienteering on Mount Snowdon, bird-watching, woodland picnics, leisure walks and more advanced high altitude adventure trails.
Wife apparently nearly died on Snowden as a child! went up back
to us standing on a 20 foot cornice on Hellvelyn above red tarn and saying 'Don't that look nice' the hills are great as long as you take really good care!!!
