Holgates at Silverdale opens all year but it is a bit expensive.If you are brave enough to cross into Scotland Brighouse Bay is open all year and is much cheaper and it is very nice.

Winter camping chears me up.

Abbey Farm, Ormskirk is a great site.  Pretty sure they are open all year round.  I would also recommend Brighouse Bay mentioned above, great site.
