I too can vouch for Fforest Fields, but katie will be the first to tell you it ain't the same quiet tranquil site that it usually is during RW week.------------- Click on My Homepage for Blog

Hi - do you want to be within walking distance of the showground?
Fforest Fields is great campsite, but is about 5 miles away so you will need to drive into Llanewedd for the Show.
Fferm Penmaenau (the farm next to the showground) becomes a campsite during show week. Tel 01982 553920
White House Camp Site http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=5001 is within walking distance (near Wyeside), but will be heaving (but so will everywhere).
There's also the Young People's Village, but I would give that one a miss unless you're under 25 :)

There is a caravan club site in Rhayader which is next to the river and the main road takes you straight into Builth so dead easy to find.------------- Claire x
