Ill have to visit some of these sites even though we only have a mere two I would love to see someone walking 7 dogs round the site, I walk with a group of friends every morning and some days we have 9 dogs between us and we get some great comments walking through the village especially from the old folk and mums with toddlers. In fact we are getting quite famous.

Hi martin, let us know which site you end up on, as its always useful to hear about REALLY dog friendly sites, and not those that just tolerate them. By the way what breed do you show? Penny
hi have been to hedleywood devon/cornwall a couple of times and thats great for the dogs can go in the bar! really the most laid back place, its got some dog walking woods on the site.will go back there sometime
i have 4 borders(see left) and a rottie but dont show them
Interestingly, I have just rung Roundhills site in the New Forest (I think it is now a C&C site) explained that I Have been camping there for years but now have an additional dog (i.e. 4 and their limit is 3) and would it be possible to caravan still. The lady concerned said no it is the rules and it is as simple as that. I explained that my dogs are quiet and I have never had a problem but she would not budge.
So forget the New Forest C&C sites (of which there are several) if you have more than 3 dogs.
So if anyone knows of a quiet secluded site in the New Forest that will accept me and my four I would be grateful. I only want to try my new awning.... lol
