We are going camping this thursday and looking at the weather it's not good at all      

Is their anyone else braving it?  We are going to Shell island

We went to Shell Island last weekend.  We very nearly cancelled because of the weather forecast, but so glad we didn't.  Ok so we had a couple of showers and yes it did snow for about 5 minutes, and it was windy the first night (but there are plenty of sheltered spots to camp) but we got some sun, the kids played in the dunes for hours, we had walks along the beautiful beach (blew the cobwebs away) and toasted marshmallows on the fire at night...I say go for it! (oh and a few beers helped)
