If you mean Lytton Lawn, yes I have been a few times and always found it to be fine, no problems with hook up or noise.

I assume you mean Lytton Lawn at Milford on Sea, if so we use it regularly as we visit my nephew who lives in the village.

We have always found it clean, tidy and very nice. We have never stayed in high season and usually it is very quiet when we go. No problem with hookups, maybe they had a particular problem at the time you stayed.

We like it as there is also a pub just up the road which does nice meals.
