Happened to notice your suggestion and I am defo going to look up dogfriendlybritain as we are going away with our two dogs in the summer it could come in vary hand thanks

If I had to recommend one beach it would Holkham where there vast areas of flat sand with pools when the tide is out.

Me too.

Park in the private road opposite the entrance to Holkham Hall, I think it's called Queen Ann Rd and walk from there. It's a long walk to the sea so wear suitable walking shoes.

There are sometimes horses exercised on the beach, but the beach is so vast that you can literally see them coming a mile off!

Just do a Google image search on Holkham Beach and you will see many pictures like this.

Thanks for all your suggestions hopefully everything will run smoothly and OH kids and Dog will have a great time.
