Can anybody recommend a campsite with a view in South East England? I would love to find a site with a view out of the camsite ie not just a field.
In particular I am trying to find a small certified location campsite ie 5 caravans and tents, with no facilities ie no showers or toilets etc. We are looking to get away from it all on a quite site.
I am grateful for any recommendations in the South East?

Thanks Angie, I have recently joined the ccc but for the CL sites there are no descriptions or photographs. Half the time I turn up at a site and it could be a field anywhere in the country, I cant see further than the hedge row. Except for the obvious of Scotland, Lakes etc it is quite hard to get a site with a view, especially in the South East.
If anyone else can give a personal recommendation that would be great.

Ive been looking for similar sites and have a great one at Alfriston in East Sussex, but it seems that they might only be opening to DOE, Scouts etc this year. Have just found Blacklands Farm, nr Henfield, West Sussex (find on the search) - it looks great, with good views of the south downs, but have yet to try it. Good luck!
