Hi,
We stayed at Northam Farm a few years back and the fishing was enjoyable with plenty of large fish in the lakes. A couple of years earlier we had been and the fishing was quite boring because the fish seemed to be so used to being caught that it was easy to catch several 10lb plus fishes in an afternoon session. There was also a problem with ducks on the lakes.
I'm sure you will enjoy it and I would recommend going to the "seagull Inn" for entertainment and eats (beach front pub owned by the campsite).
Enjoy your fishing and enjoy your holiday
Nigel and Liz
