Plan now changed so 4 mums,11 kids and 1 large & 1 medium tent now want a site that can cope with us. Need to be able to take the big tent, ideally a pitch anywhere in a field suits us best. Not near water as 2 kids under 5. play area a must with decent showers and within an hour an half from Bedfordshire.

Don't want anything too expensive and don't need entertainment, club house or anything like that. just room for the kids to kick a ball around and safely explore - will have 9 kids aged 8 to 12 so space is the thing I guess. Any suggestions or are we just mad to consider this?
