There must be loads. There are quite a lot over here but I don't know of any closer to warwick. The quietest and cheapest are the certificated sites and locations run by the 2 clubs.

There where plenty of places like this when we went over to Ireland a few years ago, alot of them where practically on the beach, no swimming pool just nice clean and tidy sites with good toilet blocks.
I don't have the book anymore with the sites but if you where fancying Ireland give the Irish tourist web site a try

If you want a really pleasant but basic site that is right next to the sea with easy ( 100yds ) and safe ( just a track from the site to the beach ) access to a lovely sandy beach then Buttercup Meadow might suit you. It is a CC CL with no facilities other than waste and chemical disposal and a tap for water, it is listed under Mundesley in Norfolk, it is very pleasant and very quiet and there is a kids playing field next door where the locals have a kids activities night at least once a week.

We stayed here http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=4621 maybe 5 years ago. Its a tiny site with basic but spotless facilities.
5 minutes or less walk down a lane to Praa Sands. Beautiful. Keep meaning to go back but just have not got around to it yet.

Why not try Cei Bach, Newquay, Ceridigeon. Its a lovely site, quiet, has a nice beach, a play area, great toilets and showers, plus it has really good restaurant if you want a treat. lovely walks and not far from Newquay its self.
