Hi all,

Can anyone recommed a caravan site that is on the beach, swimming pool and good for kids? Looked and looked but no listings on internet that I could find.

Use the map search on here if you can - it's great for looking round an area!

One we found when we were looking in that area was Dinlle near Caernafon very near beach with an outdoor pool. Reviews look good. (We ended up staying nearer Llandudno as we had to go to Eisteddfod)

We have just been coed helen caravan club site at caernarfon,very nice site with spotless outdoor pool and a bar and you can walk into caernarfon within ten minutes.

There is a good site at Dinas Dinlle (just ask not to be near the kids play area). The beach is a few mins walk and the pool is very warm. Toilet/Wash areas very clean and spacious. Parts of the site are extremely waterlogged early in the season but should be ok now. Beach has blue flag I think and is lovely for evening walk.

 Just arrived home after our second trip of the season , what a great site .

    You're right about the play area , at night you get youths hanging around the play area but we request a pitch away from there. That is the only thing I can find fault with at this site, otherwise this is one of the most friendly site I have visited.
