hi everyone , i am taking the family camping for the first time and are heading for woolacoombe can any one suggest any good sites we have 3 kids aged 2,9 and 11 so somewhere thats family friendly would be good
any suggestions?
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
we stayed here a couple of months ago, and our kids loved it.
Indoor and outdoor play areas, ten-pin bowling, take-away, entertainment etc. for a small charge you can use their own open top bus to visit the other sites in the group, or use it to go to the beach, saves a fortune on parking charges.
Best is so much is FREE, swiming, pitch & putt, crazy golf etc. just a small deposit for the equipment.
Can't do links either.. would second the recommendation for Golden Coast or the other parks in the Woolacombe Bay chain... they have about 4 different ones in the area (You can use all facilities whichever one you stay at). Have stayed there in accomodation (and always had a great time kids loved it...) but not camped there myself... reviews on here seem positive though.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
