Hi - anyone able to tell me a little bit about this site from recent personal experience please? Read the Reviews up to Sept 2007, but has anyone been this year?

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

Not this year, I went 3 years ago and haven't seen anything on this forum to suggest it has changed at all. Lovely views, very peaceful at night and direct walks onto the moor. Good pub in Winsford village 1 mile away, you can walk down the lane to it but it also means a long steep walk back!  Nice village shop too.  Go!!

Thanks Angie (been away thus delay in reply) - how steep is Halse Lane leading up to the site? We are towing a 4b with a V70 (not 4WD).
