Hi ,We are going to visit family in Plymouth in august, Are there any big beaches allowing dogs to run as our dogs need a lot of exercise , it would be nice for a site near such beaches .

It is worthwhile contacting the Councils. We travel into Cornwall quite frequently and Penwith Council now allow dogs on all beaches before 8.00am and after 7.00pm. They also do a good beach guide showing beaches where there are no restrictions for dogs. It is much better now as we tend to walk our dogs early and late so the new rules suit us well.
