We've just booked 3 nights at Clent Hills in the midlands. Has anyone been there?? If so, what did you think? We read the reviews for it and they were OK but not many of them. (Probably should have posted this before booking, but we were so excited that we'd found somewhere at short notice, we just went ahead and booked).
We're planning to stop there on our way south. We haven't got anywhere booked and are very flexible about where we stay - would be nice to find somewhere near a beach - a quietish but child friendly site. We didn't book anything in advance because the weather has been so bad and we couldn't decide where to go to, but have decided to just get on with it. Can anyone recommend a site that we stand a chance of getting onto at such short notice?? Looking for somewhere from 23 July onwards and we're thinking of somewhere like Devon, Dorset, Cornwall???
