Hi all. Does anyone ahppen to have details of a basic campsite (field, shower and toilet) that may not be listed on the UKcampsite website? I'm after a pitch in North Yorkshire for this Thursday (7th) for 3 nights - can anyone help?

we've stayed at a site called High Yedmandale that was basically a few hardstandings in a field, toilet and shower. We really like it but not been back since as had other places to try out

August 13 - Camping Playa Brava, Pals
We stayed at the same site last month and although it is quite basic we found it to be excellent. Plenty of room in the tent field and friendly owners.

Hi Diane. thanks for that. Tried Yedmandale but fully booked - apparently there is something going on this weekend in Thornton Le Dale? We thought there may be a site for two adults that may not be listed anywhere in North Yorkshire. we'll keep on trying!
