I personally would go to Northam farm, as it it closer to the main leisure park, and the site has a take away and shop on, where as warren farm doesnt.
i would def go to northam farm , lots of areas for them to play with nice park, a takeaway and shop on site, not far from the pleasure park and the beach shops. It is less windy that warren

We are booked to go to Warren Farm but have been told they may cancel due to muddy waterlogged field.
Northam Farm have spaces and I understand from previous threads it is less windy.
Which would you choose - I haven't been to either and both seem to have good reviews.
I have 2 daughters, 5 and 3 and they love dancing and being out and about which would be best????
Hi - i would just cancel and go to Northam - we were booked to go to Warren Farm and cancelled it ourselves due to my husbands work commitments and now reading posts on here i'm glad we did. It would be awful to find out just a couple of days before that you were being cancelled and then Northam was full. By booking Northam you can at least be sure that you are going.
Let us know how you get on.

We haven't been to Warren Farm but stayed a couple of times at Northam Farm about 2 1/2 yrs ago.
Northam Farm does have some hardstandings (if you can get one!) and has a takeaway and good sized shop on site. The washblocks were very clean when we went although you do have to pay to shower.
Good Luck with whatever you choose and hope the weather improves!

We have just come back a week ago from warren farm and it does have a take away on it, a fish shop/cafe and also a chinese near field 11 next to the brean down pub we have also stayed an northam farm and it depends how badly you need to be near the shows/rides etc if its not such an issue i would go for warren every time each field has a play area with swings, etc for the kids we were on field five and the wardens were very helpful indeed

Warren Farm everytime for us a lot quieter area more relaxing for us. There are 2 shops 2 takeaways a cafe playbarn for the kids and parks on nearly all the fields. It was windy 2 weeks ago but we loved it. Too busy and commercial near Northam and the Leisure Park noise carries we could just here it at Warren so must have been loud at Northam
