can anybody recommend a site similar to the camping & caravan site at keswick as in location next to a lake, and within walking distance to a town or pubs. The trouble with the Keswick site it gets really muddy when it rains, are their any places to stay out there which don't get so boggy.

We have a boat so a lakeside location is ideal.
