Hi, in a previous post i asked for campsites at or near southport, what i failed to mention was that it was for 3 blokes well into our 40`s, but no site that i`ve contacted will admit all male or all female parties. I can understand why but my mates and i are attending an airshow and want somewhere to pitch up for a couple of nights anymore suggestions please?

We had a bunch of teenagers camped next to us for one night earlier in the season - about 12 or 13 of them in half a dozen little 2 man tents. With them were three adults in a motorhome plus two more adults who'd driven the youngsters in a minibus. We thought we might be in for a noisy, disturbed night and were dead right. But the teenagers were not a problem at all. It was one of the men who was shouting and swearing after the rest of the site had turned in for the night. I've never heard swearing like it before.
