Hello people. I would like to get some feed back on this site. i am thinkin of going there in July 2009. As it is mainly grass picthes and the lovely weather we have been getting gives me some concern!
I am looking att he bottom end of the site. Anyone have any picture or input on this?
Many thanks.

Hi Mark,
We were in Carlyon Bay last summer. Very impressed with this site.our two kids loved it. The toilet facilities were exceptionally clean.
We did not have an all service pitch, as they were booked up, but they looked ok, plenty of room.
Owners very friendly. On the day we left, we parked up on the grass verge at the entrance, as we were not leaving until 6pm. We went out for the day and when we came back there was a note on our car windsceen from Jeff(the owner) saying that he had noticed a caravan passing reception with the Heki flapping up and down, but wasn't sure if it was ours. Thats what we call service.
those pitches on the other side are just as good, more out in the sun most of the day.
walk straight across site to shop and loo's etc.
we were up on 21 on duporth, only thing to make sure of,is that you have a decent length of waste hose to go from van to drain and fresh water hose from tap to van.
you will not be disappointed with this site, has all that you need, plenty of dutch and french visitors, but most are very friendly, wine is of the essence here, certainly breaks the ice!!!
Many thanks all. That is good to know. Like most chosing a site is a bit tricky and all feed back is great to make sure one makes a good choice... hope it does not rain to much liek this year!
Cheers mark
