Hi

Stanwix Park at Silloth is open all year but is quite a commercial site, pub swimming pool and statics etc.  Would take you about 30 mins plus to get to Keswick.  Or how about the Caravan and Camping Club sites I think some of them are.

Sykeside camping at Brotherswater is open all year, fantastic views, a pub at the entrance that does good food, see link below for reviews.
