Hi all,

I've been given the honour of organising a cheap stag do for about twelve or so 30 year olds in the south east. Although we are not really a raucous crowd, we don't want to disturb anyone else. Maybe there is a small campsite that we can hire the whole place for or somewhere where we can be put in a corner of!

Ideally we'd like

Enough space for a game of football - (maybe next to a beach)

A nearby pub in case of rain

Actually that's about it! - It will probably only be for a day so no need for showers or anything as luxurious as that!

Much appreciated!

Hi all - thanks for the replies

I have tried the camp site search and there are a few on my list of possibles. I was just hoping to get some more opinions or maybe someone knows of somewhere else.

Sorry, south east is a bit vague - Ideally between the new forest and hastings.

Thanks again!

Hi All,

Camping newbie here. I'm in a similar situation, in that I'm organising a stag do for 18 people. I need a camp site somewhere between Brighton and Hastings that will accept a party who are likely to be making drunken noise until the small hours.

Does anyone know of any campsites that are willing to take such a party? I really don't want to end up next to some young family, and searching using the website tools doesn't give much indication of who will and will not take a load of reprobates :)

Thanks in advance!

Hi DeejUK

We used http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=4439 in the end.

I asked and was told that I'd be put in a field away from everyone but in the end got put fairly close to a family. Not too good for a stag! - maybe when you call you could try and emphasise the need to not disturb others and offer to pay a bit more - its cheap as chips camping for a stag anyway!! (especially compared to all the other stags I've been on)

The campsite is basic but there are a few pubs nearby that are amazing.

also there is an indoor climbing centre and crowborough nearby.

I left a review on the above site's page that you could see for more info....
