What sort of boat is it? If it's dinghy/canoe/very small-ish then Parkfoot at Pooley Bridge on Ulleswater - they have a camping field with direct lake access where you can launch something small. My OH's brother has a 15ft fishing boat and I know he's been to a couple of places where you can launch and camp nearby, I'll ask for you tomorrow.
