Tyddyn Morthwyl, not a CL but cheap, not the easiest for access but ok once you're on it and facilities are reasonable.

Not a CL but a site we use regularly is Llwyn Bugeilydd. Was £17 night for 2 adults 2 kids EHU caravan and awning last year. Does six week seasonal pitches. Good clean free showers.
