Depends where you want to go but I second what wendle said. The Old Oaks is excellent. We are going again in July. Brilliant showers and such a lovely quiet relaxing place.

Thornleigh Park Farm, Chester is lovely. Hawthorne Cottage in the Forest of Dean also.

Old Oaks in Glastonbury for us too - FANTASTIC site, very doggie friendly, wonderful staff, great showers/toilets and great local cider for sale in the fab shop!! What more could you want?!

The Old Oaks is great - we went with our kids when it was still ok for them to go - year after it became adults only - surely not cos of us??!
Much much better than the Isle of Avalon which is where we have to go now. You can walk to the Tor from the campsite.

The only "Adults Only" we've been to is Exe Valley nr Dulverton (on edge - or is it in Exmoor National Park?). We really like it.
It's tourers only - i.e. caravans, motorhomes and tents. The village pub is literally up the road from the site. You can either pitch alongside the River Exe or the Mill Stream.
I think we really must try out "The Old Oaks" sometime - it seems to be highly recommended.
