after havin the displeasure of staying at billing aquadrome on two occasions had a leaflet drop though the door telling me all about a brand new 5 million pound leisure complex built with swimming pool etc, wouldnt they be a lot better spending that money improving whats already there??!!! its a s*** hole! its such a shame, if that place was run correctly and they banned the scutty chavs (no offence to anyone) rebuilt the showers and revamped the existing/shops/bars/fair billling would be a brilliant site, why oh why cant they just sort it out

they haven`t done anything yet to it yet and i live half a mile from billing aquadrome,and i agree to it being a s*** hole, not worth the time and space and the prices you are going to the coast, or some where else, i would avoid this place like the plague

There's Emberton Park near Olney, don't know if that's going to be too far out for you, approx 20 to 30 mins drive out of Northampton. I'm assuming they'll be open by Easter, but you'd need to check it out.
There's loads of nice CL sites around, but they're for caravans and motorhomes with their own wash facilities.
