Hi there,
My boyfriend and I really want to kick off the year's camping with a UK camping trip over the Easter weekend. Obviously, the weather may not be that great - so could anyone recommend any campsites that are close to nice pubs and/or leisure facilities such as swimming, shopping etc - so we have something to do if the weather does turn out to be dreadful...! We don't have kids so, although not wanting to sounds grumpy, a quiet site that doesn't specifically cater for kids (i.e. doesn't have a large playground etc) would be preferred. We prefer more 'basic' sites anyway. We live in London so South East, South West (as far as Dorset), Midlands would be ok. Any suggestion/previous good experiences would be appreciated.
Looking forward to escaping London for the Easter break :)
