We're trvelling from Llanelli to Dover with a 12mth old baby in July and would like to stay over enroute.  Ideally, we'd like to drive for about 3hrs or so, stop over, leaving ourselves about 2 hours to drive for the ferry.  Can anyone suggest somewhere with electricity and ideally a shower room?

How about the C&CC site at Chertsey. This is just off the M25 near to the M3 junction. Downside is that it is 3hrs 20min from LLanelli but only 1hr 37min to Dover (Google time). Toilet facilities at this site are heated and are excellent. You would have to book as it is a popular site.
