We're from Nottinghamshire and have a trailer tent for the family of five.
We've been Cornwall/Wales/East coast etc etc and I just can't decide where to go this year. Its got to be august from the 17th for a week.
We've looked at Wales again, and North Devon. Don't want to travel as far as Cornwall this time.
So can you recommend a site in Wales/Devon or anywhere...

Our wish list
Hook up
playground
walking distance to a beach
not overly commercial
reasonably priced. no more than £30 a day.

I'm trawling through the info on here and also in the books I have, but if you're not quite sure where you want to go its not an easy job!

Thanking you in anticipation!

Burty x

Not been to Morfa Bychan myself but it is somewhere I want to go in the not too distant future. Seems to have what you're looking for and the prices are very resonable too. The reviews are good, here's the link.
Hope you find what you're looking for...

I would recommend South Devon, the Salcombe/Dartmouth area is lovely. Lots of different places in Wales too, how about Tenby?

I agree with Anne, Tenby is lovely, we are going to whitewell holiday park in july, it has most things you need, don,nt think it has a playground, but only 5 mins walk from beach, and also small bar with games room, reviews look good too.  Penny
