Can anyone suggest a touring carvan site that is not too far from any of the attractions near to warwick (other than the Racecourse as it is fully booked for the period in July that we needed). We would preferably like a site that has good sized pitches (flat ), has a shop, good toilets/showers and one that we are able to walk to a village that has a few shops and somewhere to eat. Fingers crossed!!!!

There's one at Wellesbourne, has loos/showers but they are/were in a portakabin, we found them ok though. No shop though, flying club near for good fry ups. Couple of pubs in the village but have not ate in them. If you were willing/able to use your own facilities, there is a CL near Combrook (near Kineton, under Stratford on Avon on here I think), but it only has ehu and isn't within walking distance of a village but is only £8 per night. Several sites at Stratford, the racecourse one is ok.
If you want a nice site,look at Holt Farm,Southam or Harbury Fields Farm, Harbury (shops and pubs), both sites reviewed on this site and 10 minutes from Warwick.
Personally i would avoid Wellsboune again this has reviews on this site, Tiddington Carvan park nr Stratford would be a better option.

Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
