Can think of 2 sites by the Thames, one I know you can launch from -  Hurley Park near Henley, there are reviews on here, also Wallingford nr Oxford has a 2/3 of sites along the river.

Hope this helps, if only to rid of blue face!

Hi
What aboutSandwich leisure Park. We've been here several times. Small town has river going through the middle. There are boats mored(?) on the river and several boat trips leave from the town. Worth looking at the town web sites as it might give specific info regarding putting your own boat on the river. Site also accepts dogs and has lots of pubs within 5 min walk of the site.Don't be put off by the rail track - if you select a pitch away from that end of the site you don't really notice it! Great showers & loos - some of the best we've seen. Town has great character. Mandy
