Hi All, rather than searching through the entire campsite search I need to pick your brains. I'm looking for a coastal campsite within 3 hours drive of Derby with EHU in August for £15 or less per night for 2 adults and 2 kids. Oh and the tent will be the Monty 6. We just need a nice site with clean toilets and showers but don't need an all singing all dancing club/pub etc Any recommendations please? Thanks in advance x
------------- If you have a problem stressing you, sort it. If you can't, there's no point worrying about it coz it won't make a blind bit of difference!!!! Jules

Green Pastures Farm near Romsey in Hampshire is £15 basic but then you pay an extra £2 per child and per EHU/per night. Not sure you'll find one for less than £15 which includes EHU to be honest. I'm forever looking for cheap sites and even if I find them, once you've added the kids and the EHU (and the extra £2 a night which many add for large tents) the price goes through the roof.
Other than that I can't recommend any other sites but will keep checking your replies as I'd be interested myself! Good luck!!
Hi there try Bluebell farm its inbetween skegness and mablethorpe, its a nice quiet place and the owner gill is wonderfull its cheep as well :) we went last year and are going to book this year as well (not sure when as my little dog is due to have puppies). The site has showers and ehu kids love it as theres horses and sheep not to mention the chickens! theres a nice little beach about a mile down the road called anderby creek, theres a little shop and a bar as well .
Hi peggy, take a look here Ronam cottage at anderby creek we went on one of the bank holidays and it still only cost us £7.50 a night, That was the Delica with large driveaway awning, 2 A 2 C and dog, Beach within walking distance, facilities spotless and ideal as they have two large family washrooms. If you want to go into town you would have to drive but only 5 min drive, and you dont have to be a ccc member, The site is actually bigger than a CS and has 3 nice tent areas with or without EHU and a seperate tourer area.

not really cheap though is it that, ive got 3 kids so with electric that works out at 23 per night i can get a caravan holiday off ebay cheaper than that......
We used this one a lot before we had a seasonal pitch. Silver Birches. The owners Tom and Sybill, are great, theres a small pub sells "proper" grub about 200m away, and a supermarket within walking distance.
Its close to the Humber Bridge, and is a good base for the east coast, Lincoln and York are within an hours drive.
I don't know what there charges are now, but they were very reasonable.
Give Sybill a call.
Cheers, Paul.
