We are looking for a good site in sussex, for late August. Ideally mid sussex so we can visit both west & east sussex. We have looked at the reviews but there seems to be so much choice. Ideally we want a site that is near to the seaside and with a pub within walking distance. We don't have any children so often prefer quieter / smaller sites but with good facilities. Any recomendations would be most welcome. Thanks.

We recently went to Bay View near Eastbourne. It was a nice site, right on the beach and you could walk into Sovereign Harbour along the beach path where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. The toilet facilities (the block we were near at least) were amongst the best I have seen on a site.
