Myself and my wife plus a few friends (11 of us altogether, 3 ladies and 8 men) are looking to go camping over a weekend but are finding it very difficult to find a campsite that allow groups. It is so frustrating as we are all in our late twenties / early thirties and are being tarred with the same brush as rowdy teenagers and other youngsters who have spoilt it in the past! We would appreciate it very much if anyone could advise us on campsites either in the northumberland or north yorkshire areas.

Vale of pickering are good with groups,We are a group of freinds that have modifed cars (NOT boys/girl racers) .They have a rally feild with a few eletrics too.
I've just been looking at the 'Campsites with Pubs' bit of the campsite search, & judging by the Reviews a lot of them are fine with groups staying. Maybe you'll find one there?
