Hi
Does anyone know of a site accepting tents near Spurn Point other than park resorts at Withernsea.

Try a search on Kilnsea, I think there's a couple there, a lot closer to Spurn than With.------------- Alice xx

Hi there, think this is as near as you are going to get! Here It was funny because someone was saying there was a place at Kilnsea but I don't think they take tents there now. There is always Burton Constable Hall as well. You would definately need a car or you're own transport as it is a good 6 mile minimum down to spurn from Kilnsea and buses are about once a day or maybe Sundays. Its a shame really because to go camping from this neck of the woods along the coast it tends to be Brid/Scarborough for myself!
Apologies just found the one for Kilnsea

Thanks SK , makes it an expensive weekend to join the c&c though I might anyway.
I am amazed tents are not catered for in this area, especially with the amount of backpacking, cycling bird wathching etc.
