Try searching for Rally fields, you should find one with a few facilities but it depends on what area you are looking for.

A rally field is usually a separate area of a campsite that is used for group camping. The field doesn't usually have facilties on it but often you can use those on the adjacent campsite. Sounds like where you have already stayed may have been a rally field.

Obviously some will be nearer to the facilties than others. I'm afraid I can't help with specific sites. Maybe have a search on here to find sites you like the look of and then ring them to see if they can accomodate you.

(In Nottinghamshire not Derbyshire) we stayed at a place called Trentfield Farm ... which has a rally field for rowdy groups ... but also a proper bit of site for the 'old folk'  

It was a damned good (if a little basic) site ... toilets were decent and kept well cleaned.

Rally fields for group camping is the way to go! 

Try Billing Aquadrome... bit further away maybe than you would like, but I get the impression they are pretty easy going.

We've never stayed, but have been on day trips.  Its a nice park for the daytime, but I'd hate to stay at night as it looks like my idea of a hell-site with lots of groups, music etc. - but might be exactly what you are looking for?
