I am looking for a lakeside camp site (lake district), that is not crowded and I can pitch the tent pretty much next to the lake - would like site to have basic facitilities ie toilet and shower.

Any suggestions, would love somewhere that I dont need to watch other campers every moves!

Sykes farm looks great, but cant park car next to the tent - I do like my car next to the tent lol
