Hi,,,we have managed to find a weekend in our busy life to go away for a weekend, but want to go somewhere interesting, friendly, nice pub , food - approx 2 hours max from Peterborough on a friday, any suggestions?

We recently went to Yarwell, which was very nice.
Next weekend trip will be to Wyton (Huntingdon).

Orchard wickham market will be fully booked, its already booked for every weekend till september.
We are off to Manor farm east runton cromer this weekend and according to their website they still have places.

How about Stroud Hill Park in Pidley - haven't been there myself as I only live about 10 mins away but seems popular, it won campsite of the year last year apparently

hi we go to bainland country park at woodhall spa on a friday night till sunday take you about an hour to get there
also jubilee park 5 mins to woodhall village ,where there are pubs,shops places to eat
also parklands nice little site near spalding in country 12pound a night ,electric 2.60 n kids 2.00 high season
all these sites have swimming pool,play area if you got kids,and places to have a drink and relax
