Hi, we have just come back from cross farm, apx 30 mins away. basic site, very quiet, big field for kids to play. Owned by a nice farmer who was very friendly and helpfull. camp fires ok. electric included. £8 per night.

We would go back, site is being developed and will be great when finished.

jelly do you have anymore details of the cross farm site, address, website or contact number ?

Hi cross farm is in the site search on here.

And its actually in Rolleston on Dove, Burton on trent.

We found it perfect for a base for Alton towers

also I did post on here ticket discount through netmums, works out at £17 each adult and I think it was £14 for kids, just in case you still have to get them.

Also as a search option, you can use the Area Radius Search from here to pinpoint a location and select sites within either 5, 10 or 20 miles from the pinpoint
