If i were to turn up at Fisherground Farm, late afternoon Saturday, what would the chances be of getting a space to camp for a nigh?

Apparently they don't take bookings for tents unless you need an EHU.

We were there in June and it was really busy but people were arriving on Saturday,i guess the trouble is,its a trek to get there and it is school holidays,maybe take a chance,depends weather you can deal with the dissappointment if you can`t get on,maybe have a second choice just in case!! Good Luck.
